Henna
Ancient tradition. Rich color. Plant-based beauty.
/ About This Service
Henna has been used in beauty and cultural rituals across South Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa for thousands of years. The natural paste, derived from the Lawsonia inermis plant, delivers a rich, warm-toned color that is deeper and longer-lasting than conventional brow tints.
What distinguishes henna brows from regular tinting is the skin stain: henna pigments both the hair and the skin beneath, creating a defined, full brow 'shadow' that fills in sparse areas and adds visible depth. The result is brows that look full and defined even without any makeup.
At Queen Eyebrows, we use high-quality, chemical-free henna in a range of shades from warm blonde to dark brown to jet black. Each shade is customized and mixed to match your hair and skin tone perfectly. Henna is an excellent choice for clients pursuing a more natural, plant-based beauty routine.

— Why Henna
Key benefits
100% Natural
Plant-derived, chemical-free henna is ideal for clients avoiding synthetic dyes or with sensitivities to conventional tints.
Skin Stain Effect
Unlike regular tints, henna pigments the skin beneath the brow — filling in gaps and adding visible density even between hairs.
Rich, Deep Color
Henna delivers warm, multi-dimensional tones that often look more natural and vibrant than synthetic tints.
/ The Process
How it works
Shape & Consultation
Threading or waxing cleanup is performed first (optional but recommended), and your henna shade is selected based on your coloring and goal.
Brow Prep
The brow area is cleansed and degreased to ensure maximum pigment absorption.
Henna Application
Fresh henna paste is carefully applied within the brow shape. Precision is essential — the skin stain shows exactly what is applied.
Processing
Henna processes on the brow for 15–20 minutes, during which a warm, rich pigment develops in both the hair and skin.
Reveal
Henna is removed to reveal bold, warm-toned brows. Color deepens slightly over the next 24–48 hours as it fully develops.

Henna FAQ
How is henna different from regular brow tint?+
Regular brow tints only color the hair. Henna colors both hair AND the skin underneath, creating a fuller, more defined brow that looks great even between hairs. It also lasts longer on the skin.
Is henna safe for all skin types?+
Pure, natural henna is generally very safe. However, 'black henna' — which contains a chemical additive called PPD — can cause serious reactions. We use only pure, natural henna. A patch test is available and recommended for first-time clients.
Will henna look orange on my brows?+
Only if the wrong shade is used — which will not happen here. We mix custom henna shades designed to deliver the warm brown tones that suit your hair and skin. Fresh henna can appear orangey but darkens significantly within 48 hours to a rich, natural brown.
How do I make my henna brows last longer?+
Avoid oil-based cleansers directly on the brow area. Minimize heavy exfoliation over the brows. Keeping skin moisturized actually helps henna last longer on the skin. Avoid prolonged sun exposure.
“The most calming, professional experience. My full face threading was done in under 20 minutes — flawless result and zero irritation. I've recommended this place to everyone I know.”
